Bali Day 3

A 3d2n trip ended in a blink of an eye

Its finally time to say goodbye

This was taken at the villa balcony

We tend to take picture at every corner of the villa only at the last day

Me and Mike took the room upstairs while Joe and Carol got the room downstairs

Last minute chilling while waiting for the driver to come and pick us up

We were going for a nice body massage

Last minute souvenir shopping

And also last lunch before heading to the airport

Its finally time to leave the beautiful villa

We had fun though

Babi guling or widely known as roasted pig is also very famous in Bali

And also their Bakso, means meatball soup

As a lover for pork, we must definitely try it before leaving this heaven

I like Starbucks so much

That I vow to try every Starbucks in the country I visit

Their Starbucks card is so cheap here

Bali Day 2

White Water Rafting is one of the must-do activity in Bali

The driver come and pick us up at 7am

No choice, the biggest one usually have to occupy the front seat

It took us about 1hr journey to the rafting site

This activity cost each of $50

The rafting is about 1hr and half

This also includes our lunch

Each raft can only carry 6 person

Since there is only 4 of us, so we were pair up with another 2 person

Since we have to raft from the top of water fall to the bottom

So we start with a little climbing first

The climbing journey took us about 20 to 30 minutes

We didn't manage to get much of the rafting picture

Cause we are all busy rafting

This was during the half-time

This was the after-rafting ones

This activity was much more worth than the water sports we have the other day

You definitely have to try this when you go Bali the next time

After the buffet dinner, we were brought to the monkey temple

The monkeys in the temple are set free and not caged

You can buy bananas to have them feed

Don't try to hide as they have very sensitive nose

Even if the bananas is in your bag

You can see almost all the monkeys are helping out each other to catch the flees in their body

Don't try to disturb their baby

You might end up losing a finger

These creatures have super sharp teeth

After the temple tour, we were brought by the driver to see their traditional dance 

It is called the Kecak Dance

I lost the picture describing the dance 

Must have accidentally deleted it

They use no instruments

Only with clapping and the sound from their mouth

Known as the White Monkey

The reason being I don't like to sit on the first row for any live performance

After that, the driver drove us back home

We thought of going for a body massage after a hectic day today

Cause people says massage is also super cheap in Bali

But we were too late and all the shops were almost closed

So we wrapped up the day and decided to go the next day

Bali Day 1

For the first time since I start working in Tigerair

I used my staff travel so wisely

But still, I still regret that I did not get the standby ticket

The load was so little that we can even get 1 row each on the 1st sector

Yet, me and Mike achieved another relationship goals

It's our first overseas trip together!

We've been going to places quite often, but not as far as this

At least we don't have to drive for this trip cause we took the plane

Hahahahaha

Couldn't sleep the night before

Too excited I guess + its an early check-in

Yeap...my bunch of travel companion

Can definitely travel with them cause they are as crazy as me

Maybe not as crazy as me but equally crazy

We booked the whole villa from Airbnb

If you are always travelling and looking for something different than the normal 3 stars hotel you are staying, you should really try to take a look at their website

Not only the place the offer is in great deal, it is also spacious and the host is super friendly and nice

4 of us stayed in the villa and it only costs us $40 per night with a room each with queen-sized bed and personal bathroom and pool and kitchen and bla bla bla

Karma Villa

Its a double-storey villa

With a huge balcony where you can star-gazed at night

And a wonderful view

Laura and Jason is the host

Both pretty and handsome

The host provide us with a driver too

Cause this is how you travel in Bali

You either rent a bike and wander the way yourself

Or you booked a driver to drive you around

Our driver cost us IDR 600, 000 = $60

They drive you where you want to go, waits till you finish exploring then brings you to the next destination or brings you back home.

First thing to do after check-in to the villa is to fill our up our tummy

The driver brought us here

He says they serve the best pork rib in town

It's all about pork

Indonesian are not Muslim based

So they served really good pork

Forget what their names are but you can definitely give it a try

After that, we went for water sports

They say its cheap in Bali but not for me

I still thinks that it can be cheaper

We tried the Flying Fish, Doughnut Boat and Water Skii

Except for my super ugly look

Its okay, I'm willing to sacrificed 

Then...its dinner time again

Seafood is superb cheap in Bali

And its a must to try their seafood dinner by the beach

The driver drove us to Jimbaran

Alongside the beach, there is a lot of restaurant for you to choose from

We came just in time for the sunset view

We ordered crab, squid, stingray and clam

And all these cost us only $70, if I remembered it correctly
