Too Ambitious??

Its already one week after I got the offer from Tigerair
Even thought excited, yet I still don't feel satisfied
I aimed for a full service airline
That's why I got for MAS interview and waited for SIA interview too
And yet, I don't have the fate with them

MAS rejected me
And SIA interview has yet to be "seen"
Friends all around are asking
"Why Tigerair? MAS got higher pay leh!"
Why Tigerair? I thought you are aiming for SIA?"

ME
Being shorter than other candidates
Fatter then other candidates
Even not as pretty as other candidates
Should be thankful that I got a place in Tigerair

Due to the 3 months time of not working
And not having enough income to support myself
I came to know the level of materialistics among people
Don't be happy when people around help you when you are in need
Be grateful only after when they realize your situation and did not chase you to pay them back

Just can't believe how materialistic people can be
Even the closest one from the family
With Tigerair, I need to work my ass off to earn enough to keep their mouth shut
Just can't stand their attitude anymore

Get the job...worried
No get the job...also worried
Tired of life
Tired of people
Tired of worrying
Fuck my life
Literally fuck it

Finally~~

Even though I had not sign the contract yet
But~~I am proud to say that
I AM SELECTED BY TIGERAIR!!!

Even though not what I aim for
But yet, I am still happy that I got selected
Tigerair is far more better than Jetstar
Their remuneration package is somehow more attractive than Jetstar
And SIA is their main shareholder
Which makes me kinda feel closer to my 2nd dreamed airline
So...I decided to take the offer!!

Will be reporting to Tigerair 3days before my birthday
December 2014 is indeed a wonderful month to me
I had made my last chapter of the year remarkably memorable!!!

The interview takes place at Inter-excel on the 10th of Dec
Which only internal students can join
There is a total of 24 of us
And 18 of us made it to the final and got selected!!
Here are some of the pictures taken yesterday and also today after the contract briefing

I left with only less than a month before I leave to Singapore
Gonna miss everyone
Especially Michael
Makes me very heart pain to see him acting happy when deep down I know he is not
But I know I will come back for him and he will wait for me too
I will
I definitely will

Never A Second Chance

It was a remarkable day yesterday.
Although rejected in the first place, but I was given a 2nd chance by my principle to be able to join the MAS Cabin Crew interview at MAS Academy.

I got to know that MAS was recruiting about 3 weeks ago and applied for it.
Sad enough, I was not shortlisted during the screening.
My heart sank.
I asked myself, why, why, why??

Teachers and trainers told me that I would stand a better chance in MAS compared to SIA.
But, I don't even get a chance to go for the interview and I am already rejected.
It hurts me more when I have to see other classmates went for the extra class for the interview.

Told myself not to be sad.
Maybe SIA is waiting for me.
On Tuesday, 11th of Nov, Inter-excel called and said Sir wants to see me at 2pm.
Went straight to Fahrenheit after my facial and surprised to know that Sir ask me to join for the extra class and go for the interview the next day!
I WAS GIVEN A 2ND CHANCE!!!

Really thankful to my principal.
Even though he is always very very strict, but I still think he is the best coach.

For the first time in my life, I went for a 12 hours++ interview.
And yet, I did not get the job!!
Shouldn't had rejected JetStar Asia, if not I would already be in the midst of training by now.

Trainers always says, if you pass the full-service airline interview.
You are most likely to pass all.
And I can't even pass through MAS, how is it possible I am going to pass through SIA??

Its already 3 months of not working.
Classes in Inter-excel is ending end of this month.
People are already started flying, training and whatsoever.
And me??
Still waiting for airline to "adopt" me.

What if no airline out there wants me?
What if only JetStar wants me and I have rejected them?
What if I could never get a chance to become a cabin crew?
What if all these while I wasted time to go class but never got a job in the aviation industry?
What if? What if? What if?

Seeing classmates' photo being posted online after being selected by certain airline.
And everytime, I could never sees my picture being posted.
Clicking next after each picture really sunk my heart deeper and deeper.
People ask me not to hope for something, so that I won't be dissapointed.
But how can I not be?? Tell me about it.

Parker & Helen's Wedding Luncheon

Its been almost 2 months since I last updated my blog.
Been a little too busy to even touch the lappy.

Nowadays, I can always see people getting married just from my Facebook news feed.
Kinda envy actually...when would it be my turn to post my wedding photo on my Facebook??
Nahhhh...its not the time yet.
No matter how much I wanted to get married, its just not the time yet.

Attended one of my ex-colleague wedding yesterday in KL.
Happy that Michael got invited as well.
This would be the first time we both attended a wedding luncheon together.

Congratz Parker & Helen! So happy for the both of you.

Through this wedding dinner, I am also able to meet with all my ex-colleagues.
Miss those time when we used to work together, lunch together and had fun together during outstation work trip.
Miss you guys so so much!

With Coomie, once my roommate during one of the Singapore outstation work trip.
Happy to see you again.

More picture with the "Yawning Club" gang.
We used to post yawning and sleepy icon during working hours on Skype.

Groupfie!!! Not all the member of the Yawning Club were invited. Missed out one member who join us much later in the company and did not got invited.
We miss you, Susu Soo Teng~~

And of course, picture with the love birds!!
Happy Marriage to both of us!!
Stay sweet and happy forever.

And since this was the first time I got the chance to attend a wedding luncheon/dinner with my other half, we were pretty excited.

I once saw an article on the Facebook, saying that people who has all selfies in their album are pretty pity, cause no one is willing to take your photo.
So, this pic is a must, to show that we are not pity, and lonely as well!

Before ending this post, I wanna dedicated some message to my one and only partner.
He do stalk me sometimes, hope he can sees this.
Thanks for being by my side all the time.
Tolerating on my bad temper and also stubborn attitude.

Ever since I made up my mind to become a cabin crew, I appreciate you more.
I choose to listen to you and spend more time with you.
No one knows what will happen in the future, but if there is any changes, I truly hope that you would still be on the route.
We had certainly gone through lots and lots and we had grown up so so much in this relationship.
Hope to still sees you in our "5 Years Promise"
Love you so so much baby~~

Michael's 21st

I think I have been very very slow in updating my blog.
Just started class at Inter-excel Advisory 3 weeks ago, have been very very busy with 3 to 4 days class a week.

Just recently, the boyfie just turn 21, yeah!!!!
Its kinda good thing for me cause this means he is now a legal adult.
I'm no longer dating a boy. HE IS NOW A MAN!!!

His bunch of good friends really gave him a memorable 21st.
If you have been on the Facebook recently, you will be able to see lots and lots of ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

They had a little surprise attack for him at Genting cause we were also doing a farewell for Ccwhy.
He is a Youtuber, likes to make videos and makes people laugh.
Will be persuading his dreams as a producer in Taiwan for 4 years.
So...might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone!
** Follow his Facebook page and explore his talent and passion for video taking**

Now only I realize his face looks like Edward Cullen.
He is very scared of cold.
And doing the Ice Bucket Challenge in Genting, definitely a NO NO for him.
Got really pissed off when he was thrown with the bucket of ice water.
But no choice, it's your birthday bii!!!

Sooner, he has his smiley face again!!!!
Navi Hoodie!!!
No idea how good or how cool is the team, but he is definitely in love with it.
He says he is not gonna wear it, just hang there.

All evil face!! Hahaha.

2nd round celebration was with his parents.
Due to misunderstanding, BKB got another cake for his birthday when I had already order one which I though can be used on the same time.
Since it is a cake for more than 2 person definitely, so I asked her parents if they want to cut cake together.

Ta-da!!!
It's his favourite Marvel cake.
The Hulk base with Capt America figurine.

At first I thought of buying him a set of the Marvels figurine, but due to time constrain, I'm not able to buy the others. *boo hoo hoo~~*
But whatever la, I still got him a present.
And there is actually another one, which is more valuable and money couldn't buy it.
That would be a secret then.

Picture with the family.
Happy to see everyone's smiley face.
Will work harder on planning next time.
Sorry Uncle, for being late!!

The figurine I've got for him.
Lucky me he likes it as well.
As he had got better present from his others friends. T.T

Now...is some "we-time" for his birthday.
He wanted to have sirlion steak for his big day
And Google results show me that Outback Steakhouse serves the best sirlion in town!
Not sure if is it because of Groupon as they had put on their promo there.
Anyway, it was really worth a try.
The sirlion there was really really nice and the environment was romantic too.

See his happy face!!

Got the waiter there to take a picture for us.
Seldom ask other to take our picture, so it looks really weird.
In the end, got ourselves a selfie!!!
Happy Birthday Baby~~
May your wish come true and don't forget to love me more!!
I will definitely love you more too!!
Hope you enjoy your 21st!!!

Empire Damansara @ Boat Noodles

Recently, a few of my Insta friends have posted up pictures of very small portion of dinner/lunch otheir Instagram

And Friday was normally my dating day with the Baby Hippo. Didn't know where to hang out, he brought me to have a try at this place.

It's pork free as they only serve beef and also chicken glass noodle.
Served in very small portion, just like how it did in Bangkok, the glass noodle is available in dry and also soup.
You can order the noodles as much as you like until you are full!!

The restaurant is small, but is always pack and full with customers. I even heard the customer sitting next to our table that she has been here for more than 3 times!
And people are already waiting outside the restaurant for a place when it is only 6.30pm.

Their menu is pretty simple, as they only have 2 types of noodles which is cooked in 2 variation - Soup & Dry.
Me personally prefer the Soup noodle as I find it more juicy compared with the dry ones.

Baby Hippo waiting patiently for the food. His last meal was at 10am that day. So he says he is like puasa now...hahaha

We ordered 8 bowls during the first round - 4 soup 4 dry.

As you can see, the portion is really really small that you can even finish it up in 2 bite. And because it is so small in portion, we finish the first round quite fast and add on another 4 bowl.

Baby Hippo was actually still hungry after finishing the 2nd round but didn't order for the 3rd round.
He says it is not worth it. He rather have some snack after that.
But for me, I think its okay.
Affordable, nice and interesting!

In total. we ate 12 bowls!! Only reach the "Almost There" rank. Will work harder next time. And all these cost only RM 28.40 and they do not charge us 10% and  also 6%!! Good right??!

Since we ate too full, so we decided to walked around. This is my first time here at Empire Mall, but seriously, nothing much. I think this is just a makan place. There is nothing much besides restaurant, cafe and also coffee shop.

They kinda follow the concept in Publika. Never went to Publika before, so I'm not sure how those umbrellas in Publika looks like.

Selfie and couple pic is a must! Hhahaha.

Do have a try at the Boat Noodles if you have not try it out yet.
They have a new opening at Kuchai Lama. So you don't have to go so far anymore just to try them.

Dream Chasing

It's been 2 months since I last update my blog. Super sorry, was really really busy.
Busy with what? Plenty~~and chasing dreams is in the list!!!

Was figuring and thinking a lot about my future lately since the last 2 months.
And up till now, still haven't figure out what I really wanna do. *fucking stupid*

Saw the Air Asia Walk-in Interview on their website last 3 months.
All of the sudden, the urge to chase my long long time ago dream gush in.

Dream of becoming an air stewardess since SPM but got a no no from my mum when I told her about this.
"You will at least need a certificate in your life! Nowadays, CERTIFICATE are IMPORTANT"

Being left with no choice, I have to go look for college to get A certificate. At that time, the easiest course would be either Hotel Management (tour guide is under my dream list too) or Mass Communication (thought it would be the easiest course at that time)

Once again, Hotel Management got banned! *wtf*
"You can train all your bed sheet folding skill and culinary skills at home if you want to. Don't waste money paying to study on how to clean the toilet"
Conclusion, Mass Comm were chosen.
Struggle to finish up 4 years course that used up 42K of my PTPTN loan and now end up doing Marketing in the Social University.

Getting fed-up with my job, so started job hunting aka dream chasing.
Kinda BE PREPARED for the flight attendant interview and HOPE to get a job there.
But...who would give a flight attendant job to a DWARF!!! ?? (I'm only 157cm...*sob sob*)

Yeah, is does demotivate me a little. Who would not right??
But come one man, I do research on the interview, be prepared and WENT to the interview.
Some people doesn't even have the courage to step into the battlefield.
At least I give it a shot! *Hell yeah!!!*

Not boasting la...just wanna share the experience.
It did feels great when you get a chance to chase for your dreams, regardless in getting the job or not.
But do go for it, if you have a chance. You will be surprised with the outcome.

0144, please report to the floor!!!
My lucky number of the day.

Some of my sotd
Yeah, they need full make up and great grooming
I think I lack of this
Should be one of the reason I got rejected.

Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant

Mother's Day falls on the 2nd week of May every month. This is a general knowledge that everyone should have know. But not my brilliant sister.

She works as a nurse. Therefore, its quite hard to plan something together due to her nature of work. She usually only gets her schedule of the week a week before and most of the time, couldn't be changed (according to her).

So, she actually forgets about Mother's Day and had to work on that day. She even blames me for not informing her earlier. ( I was like wtf, why blaming me?? You should have know it yourself)

So we had to postponed to another week so that we had enough time for her to apply leave. Hate this fact where every time, the WHOLE family needs to plan everything according to her schedule and she is ALWAYS ALWAYS not willing to spend her leave on us. She says it is not appropriate for a nurse to always take leave. (wtf)

As the King & Queen wants to try on something else as we always had Japanese buffet during this big days. So we decided to go for seafood and The King choose this restaurant.
Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant at Teluk Gong, Klang.

They have this very comfortable and beautiful ambiance.

Their sittings were design like a small hut. And each table is under one roof. For me, it is quite comfortable as you can have your own privacy and "alone" time while eating with no one looking at you when you lick you thumbs.

From the review I got online, they were famous with their Toddy aka Palm Wine. We ordered 1 bottle and even "tapao-ed" 1 bottle home.

This is how it looks like. It contains alcohol and some baker even used this to make bread. According to The Queen, they contained yeast.

 Butter Prawn - RM 29
Super delicious and crunchy that you can even eat without removing the shell.

 Vegetable - RM 12

Kam Heong Kepah - RM 15
Their kam heong style is really kam heong. Thumbs up

Sweet & Sour Crab - RM 35/KG
This is soooo affordable. We actually asked for Sour & Spicy Crab, but it came Sweet & Sour.
We didn't have time to bother but just finish it all.

Kam Heong Lala - RM 15
We added this last minute. So couldn't take any picture as my hands were dirty.

With 6% government tax, we only ate a total of RM 176.20. Never in my life pay less than RM 200 for seafood dinner. I remember once I had seafood dinner in KK and it cost 12 of us almost 1k for the dinner. Luckily our boss is there to back us up as it was a work trip.

Do have a try there those seafood lovers out there. It would definitely worth a try.
