The Company was good enough to give me a rest day on the 31st

Despite the working Christmas I had

I've got a 2 days off

And its been a month since I last seen Mike

And this year his mum invites me over for a new year eve dinner

They just moved to a new house

So its a new year eve dinner + housewarming dinner

His mum prepared steamboat, which is my favourite

I had always liked steamboat, but not for Mike

I was so full that I feel like I'm binge eating throughout the dinner

His mum was understanding enough that she keep feeding me

Saying that I might not have enough food to eat in Singapore

There goes my Christmas

To make us feel better for making us work during Christmas, the company provide us with turkey meal!!!

Hurm...not that bad huh...

It was quite a nice set of crew to work with that day

And we got to distributed candy canes to the passenger on board

Only 18 flight that will be distributing and I'm so lucky to be one of them

Nah...not complaining...hahahaha

They say they want to know the passenger's response

This was the most sporting bunch of PRC I've ever met on board

Normally they are either too demanding or too annoying

But for today, they were so sporting that we took so many pictures with them

Sorry Auntie, I didn't know you closed your eyes

We also took with some other passengers too

But not as nice as the bunch of sporting PRC

Its was quite an experience to work on Christmas day

Instead of spending money, I work to earn money

Such a workaholic me..hahahaha

Anyway, Merry Christmas to all!!!!

Its Time for Training Again!!!

As a cabin crew, we are aided with first aid knowledge and also the safety equipment procedure

So that we are able to get you out of the aircraft within 90 seconds during an emergency

People outside always think that the job as a cabin crew is just to serve you meal when you are hungry

To help you carry your super-heavy luggage bag that you can even carry yourself when you come on board

To get you a can of Coke when you are thirsty

To ask you to fasten your seatbelt during a turbulence

And to ask you to switch off your phones when we are about to take off

What do you think we do during our 3 months training?

Obviously not to learn how to carry 3 cup of orange juice in a tray or how to walk steadily during turbulence in the aisle

We are a cabin crew

A first-aider

A safety officer

A waiter

A cleaner

And bla bla bla

We had our license and we NEED that license to be able to fly

And that license need to be renew every year

So as to make sure that we do not forget all the procedures taught during the initial training

So fast to say, Its been a year I joined Tigerair

And I've got a rank higher (slightly) and its my turn to recurrent

This is the time we are taught about the first aid and those safety procedures

And in the end, to get a new date on your license, we are also being test

It was a 2 days program with some of my batchmates

We had fun bonding again as not all of us got the chance to fly together so often

And not all of us stay in the same house

Ilumi Run Singapore 2015

I didn't know I have been missing for 5 months after I login to my blog.

It has been really busy and tired and lazy

Here am I again updating of throwbacks event.

So I joined the Ilumi Run Singapore 2015

Frankly speaking, its my first time joining a marathon though

And I had also just unlocked another relationship goals

Cause I ran with the boyfie..hahaha

Me, boyfie and 3 of my housemates and also 1 of the friend's friend.

It was quite a fun experience though

This was us before we are completely messy.

There is a reason its called Ilumi Run.

Another name for it is also called Neon Run.

We will be splashed with neon paint which is washable

But we're gonna be really messy

It is also called Party on the Run

Cause there will be DJ around and we're gonna party at the end of the run.

Sounds fun right??!

Yeah...everything sounds fun but not the getting messy part.

One more thing

This run was held at night

It starts at 7pm to 11pm

We manage to squeeze into the "Opening Ceremony Zone"

Yeah...being the first means you are the first to "die"

Mike got real messy and real wet even before we start running

My water-resistant handphone pouch got real wet too

Didn't manage to get a real nice picture of it

Ta-da!!!!!

We are glowing in the dark!!

That's where the name come from

There is a total of 5 splashing zone

Each zone comes with different colors

So in the end, you are completely covered with all sort of colors. 

It was just the start of the run and Mike is already all wet

Probably because he sweats a lot

Plus with all the splashing of the colors

Seems like he just got caught in the rain

You need to be there to feel it

Hahahahaha

Yeah!!! We made it

A stage at the end of the run

Where we rave till our breath runs out

~We like to party~ Yeah yeah yeah yeah~

Good thing about this run:-

1. There is staff standing there with wet tissue at the end of the race for you to wipe out those colors

2. There is washing station for you to wash everything off (if you dare)

3. You can get a brand new and clean T-shirt where you can change into

4. They provide us with a water-resistant string bag during the run

Sorry, not to brag about it but Singapore is really good at all this

How I wish I can stay here all the time

Manage to change into something dry and clean with the T-shirt they provide

Heading for supper now as we are all super hungry and tired

He says this is his dying face...hahahaha

Time to fill up our tummy...yum yum

Bali Day 3

A 3d2n trip ended in a blink of an eye

Its finally time to say goodbye

This was taken at the villa balcony

We tend to take picture at every corner of the villa only at the last day

Me and Mike took the room upstairs while Joe and Carol got the room downstairs

Last minute chilling while waiting for the driver to come and pick us up

We were going for a nice body massage

Last minute souvenir shopping

And also last lunch before heading to the airport

Its finally time to leave the beautiful villa

We had fun though
